Brand Management

This is the analysis and planning on how that brand is perceived by the consumer. Developing a good relationship with the target market is essential for brand management.

In case of a hospital or any other healthcare service, tangible elements of brand management include the hospital building, its appearance, the staff including doctors, nurses and support staff and the equipment & machineries and the price for the services etc.

The intangible elements are the experience that the consumer has had with the brand (the hospital), and also the relationship that they have with that brand.

As a brand manager it’s our role to oversee all of these things.
